WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY INTERNATIONAL RUGBY FOR WALES?

Many people ask how deaf do you need to be to be eligible to play deaf rugby.

Well, you don’t need to be profoundly or totally deaf to qualify.  You only need a combined average hearing loss of 25dB or more in both ears.

This is approximately a minimum hearing loss in both ears or a moderate hearing loss in one ear but normal hearing in the other.

Learn more about deaf rugby and see whether you could qualify by contacting the Team Manager, Claire Lewis by clicking here.

BE PART OF A GREAT WINNING TEAM!

The Wales Deaf management team is run by a group of dedicated volunteers who provide advice and support in the field of coaching, physiotherapy, conditioning, finance, administration and media relations.

Additional support is always warmly welcomed, so if you think your skills could be beneficial and you like the idea of being part of a successful international rugby team, please contact the Team Manager by clicking here.
